Suds R Us

At Piedmont Service Group the Field Technician teams do a variety of jobs besides the usual install or trouble call. They are also proficient in sales and retention.
The daily life of a PSG Technician is as unpredictable as the local weather report. It all begins with the journey to the first job in your day. The day comes to its conclusion following many hours of troubleshooting and repair. However, a typical day is a rarity.  One of the few consistencies is their Service vehicle. Each year around this time, the office staff of PSG Raleigh opens up the “Piedmont Car/Truck Wash”  to get the Service Fleet spick and span.  The office staff rolls up their sleeves in a small gesture of appreciation to the Field Staff.

It’s times like these when the days are long and hot that it’s important to let our team know how much their hard work is valued.
THANK YOU!

And thanks to everyone who worked the wash:

On Your Mark....Get Set.... Go!

In today’s modern business world, "fun" seems to have become a four-letter word. Apparently, someone decided that if employees are being spontaneous, creative, even playful, the real business must not be getting accomplished.

However, there is a growing mountain of evidence characterizing people who have fun at work as:

·        more productive
·        more creative
·        healthier
·        more motivated
·        more flexible and resilient
·        better able to meet job demands

The sales team at the PSG Raleigh office decided to give this idea a shot. On Wednesday, the race was on!  Everyone gathered after work at Rush Hour Karting in Garner to put the pedal to the metal.
New team member, Jeremy Logue took the checkered flag.
After burning rubber the team stayed for dinner and a good time was had by all!
