The PSG Greensboro team is getting in the Holiday spirit early. In lieu of customer gifts is year, they decided to donate to a local charity in honor of all the great GSO customers.
Founded in 1986, Brenner Children's Hospital is the only children's hospital in northwest North Carolina. Brenner Children's Hospital is part of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is the pediatric arm of North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
The Hospital is staffed by over 140 full-time pediatric faculty with members representing pediatric subspecialties such as cardiology, critical care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, oncology, infectious diseases, neonatal/perinatal medicine, neurology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and radiology, just to name a few. More than 4,500 children are admitted to Brenner Children's Hospital each year. In addition, more than 21,000 pediatric subspecialty visits occur annually at the hospital-based outpatient clinics.
Brenner Children’s hospital has a Christmas wish list that
includes toys and games that help keep the kids minds off of treatments or when
they are sick.
Between Piedmont Service Group and the GSO team we were able to
collect a pretty nice pile of items that should spread some joy to many kids as
they are in the hospital this coming season!
What an awesome example of the true meaning of the season!
