Piedmont Air Conditioning is proud to announce the hire of Erika Martinez, PHR as the new Human Resources Manager. Erika has 11 years of human resources experience and has worked in a variety of industries such as hospitality, education, government and senior living. She is a graduate of Florida International University with a BS in Hospitality Management. As the HR Manager, Erika will be responsible for recruiting and retention of PAC Associates, employee benefits, coordination of internal training programs, employment law updates and employee relations.
