I wanted to let you and Piedmont Service Group know how grateful Lumber Liquidators are for the repairs work you provided us on 3/18/2014.

After my initial contact to you Tuesday morning, PSG was able to line up the necessary technicians, crane support and material to change out our 250HP dust collector fan motor, T leads and motor starter post haste.  As PSG was able to have a crew at our location 40 miles east of Richmond in less than three hours proves PSG is willing to go put forth the extra effort needed to get the job done.  Your technicians came fully prepared to make all repairs and conducted themselves in a professional manor, wasting no time, and got to work immediately.  It was through you company’s dedication to pleasing the customer that we were able to reduce our down time and return to 100% of our normal operation. 

Please extend my warmest thanks to Mr. Philip Britton, Senior HVAC Technician, for his part in our mechanical repairs.  He showed a keen ability to overcome adverse conditions and completed his work admirably.

Lumber Liquidators is very pleased to have chosen PSG for the replacement of this equipment failure and will continue to call on you in the future.

PSG Sales Meeting - Raleigh NC

This past Monday and Tuesday, the PSG Sales Team met in Raleigh at the NC State University Club for a sales meeting.  The meeting was kicked off by Piedmont Co-Founder Buddy Kelly, and followed up with a 2013 review and awards.

Nick Walters won Salesperson of the Year!

 

Shawn Campbell was awarded the Pioneer Award for excellence in a new territory.

 

 

Shane Corbett recieved the PSG Team Player Award!

 

Guest speakers for Day 1  at this event included PSG's own Randy Batten and Chris Turner, CEO of PowerSecure Sidney Hinton, John Jung from BB&T and Dan Santalucia of AES Carolinas.

 

Day 2 had group breakdowns for MSR and PSRs with lots of great group discussions.

Happy Presidents' Day

Raleigh Kick Off Party

Thanks go out to everyone that was able to attend the Raleigh Location 2014 Kickoff party.   This event was well represented by all the Raleigh teams including - Corporate, Service, & Special Projects.   The venue was excellent, the food outstanding, and the fellowship and opportunity to socialize priceless.   Special thanks go to Jeremy Logue, Leslie Horton, Jeana Poindexter, and Donnie Stancil for their hard work in putting this event together.   As Keith stated in his discussion – it is amazing to reflect on how Piedmont Service Group has had an impact on our community over the years and it was also apparent that Piedmont has had a similar and very positive impact on its employees and team members.   Hopefully, everyone had a wonderful time and we look forward to other similar celebrations and opportunities to get together as a group in a meaningful ways.   Congratulations to all the award winners and thanks to all for making Piedmont a great place to work.
