Making it Happen - Mark Webster

Mark Webster has been with Piedmont Service Group for 30 years.  During his tenure he has always shown integrity and the willingness to help his peers.  When Piedmont assigned Mark as the operations point person to the Avison Young account, one of our biggest customers, I knew they would get excellent customer service and Mark would do everything he could to keep this key customer happy.  While there were some struggles at the beginning of this relationship Mark persevered and won this group's trust on the property management and operations side of their business.   Why is this special?  It is special because through Mark's hard work with this company we have sold Avison Young over $1,000,000 in new business already this year. 

Don Dittmer, Vice President at Avison Young asked to meet with me to tell me that he knows Mark would never point this out to me but that Mark is the main reason Avison Young has signed all of this new business with us this year.  Don felt he should personally come by and tell me this and to let me know that he doesn’t trust many people that his company contracts with.  Don wanted me to know that Mark is one person he trusts and respects.

I agree with Don, Mark would not expect anything for doing what he does every day.  This is why I wanted to recognize Mark and share how valuable he is to Piedmont with all of you.
