What makes a great workday?
Answer: Unfortunately problem solving. Problem solving is challenging.
 It gives you a reason to research the history of the problem,
learn about all the nuts and bolts and how it works. Then you are able to use
sound engineering principals to find the solution.
 
 
What characteristic do you value most in your coworkers?
Answer: Brainstorming. The ability to use a brainstorming exercise
to systematically step through a process.
Lee Alphin is a great brainstorming partner.
 
 
What is your proudest accomplishment at Piedmont?
Answer: Creating a tech measurement sheet.
This measures tech accomplishment. It allows me to quantify their
work and use productively in performance reviews.
This allows for positive measurement of expectations.
 
 
If stranded on a desert island what three things would you bring?
Answer: A phone, computer with wifi and a cup of coffee.

Answer: Being able to help my work mates with knowledge
 and be part of the team.

Answer: My pocket knife, a lighter and patience.
